Unlock Human Potential is a leadership development organization. We operate LLI, a leadership intelligence platform that helps individuals and teams understand leadership language, communication styles, and team dynamics.

2. What Data We Collect

• +Identity data: name and email address.
• +Assessment data: assessment responses, language scores, and confidence scores.
• +AI-generated profile data: behavioral narratives, coaching guidance, and communication scripts.
• +Coaching conversation data: Decode AI messages and session history.
• +Team and organization data: team membership, role, and team dynamics.
• +Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session timing.
• +Event participation data: name, email, QR event participation, and completion status.

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. Our AI provider has zero data retention on API calls; your data is not used to train AI models.

• +Power the Decode AI coaching feature.
• +Show team dynamics to team members and administrators according to configured permissions.
• +Send transactional emails for accounts, events, surveys, and invites.

4. Data Security

• +Encryption at rest and in transit.
• +Row-level security and role-based access controls.
• +Session token protection on participant flows.
• +Rate limiting on public registration endpoints.
• +Anonymous pulse survey aggregation with minimum response thresholds before results are shown.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription or participation, plus 90 days after account closure unless a longer period is required by law or customer contract.

You may request deletion at any time. Deleted data is purged within 30 days where technically and legally feasible.

7. California Residents

California residents have rights to know, delete, opt out of sale, and non-discrimination under applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.

Categories collected may include identifiers, professional information, and inferences related to leadership language profiles. We do not collect financial data, health data, biometric data, geolocation, or sensitive personal information for LLI.

8. International Users

LLI data is stored in US-East data centers. For EU/EEA users, processing is based on contract necessity and legitimate interest where applicable, and relevant data protection addenda are maintained with subprocessors.

9. Cookies

LLI uses session cookies necessary for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Disabling session cookies will prevent login.

10. Children

LLI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

11. Changes To This Policy

We will update the Last Updated date when we make material changes and notify users by email where required.
