The operating terms for using Leadership Language Intelligence at lli.uhp.com.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Leadership Language Intelligence (LLI) at lli.uhp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Unlock Human Potential provides LLI as a leadership development platform for individual and team growth, communication insight, and coaching support.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, or use LLI for unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The LLI platform, including software, content, branding, and methodologies, is owned by Unlock Human Potential or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal and customer data is governed by our Privacy Policy at lli.uhp.com/privacy.

7. Methodology and Appropriate Use

LLI is UHP's leadership development platform, built from the leadership methodology UHP already teaches. It is designed for ongoing leadership and team development rather than as a one-time personality assessment. LLI's scoring model is grounded in a structured leadership framework and continues to be refined as usage grows. A formal academic validation study is underway, and UHP can walk teams through how the model works. LLI may be used alongside other leadership, behavioral, or organizational development tools, but it stands on its own as UHP's proprietary leadership development system. LLI is a leadership development and coaching support tool. It is not a clinical, medical, psychological diagnostic, hiring, or employment-screening instrument, and should not be used as the sole basis for employment, promotion, discipline, compensation, or other material personnel decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlock Human Potential is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LLI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
